We take most major credit cards, checks and money orders. All credit card orders are processed by telephone. We do not take credit card information online at this time. Please do not send your credit card information via e-mail.

We offer payment plans to fit almost everyone's needs. A 25% deposit is required for all layaways.  The deposit is refundable during the first 30 days after the deposit is made.  A layaway can be cancelled at any time during the first 30 days for a refund of any money paid.  After 30 days the 25% deposit is not refundable.  Feel free to contact us for more information regarding layaways.

We offer Gift Certificates in $25, $50 and $100 denominations (larger denominations can be purchased upon request). There is no expiration date on issued Gift Certificates.  Order as many as you like.  They're great for any special occasion.  Gift Certificates can be used on any order from Center Cross Metal Works (even as deposits on custom orders).

Examples of Materials used.

A 25% deposit is required to start all work on any custom order.   A delivery time (estimated) will be given at the time the deposit is received.   Upon completing the order we will notify you.  When final payment is received we will promptly ship your order.  Delivery at the present time takes two to three months, but varies with our workload.  Upon receiving the order you will have 30 days to contact us if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the purchase.  

For as long as I am able, I will repair or replace any knife we make which fails to perform as intended.  This warranty excludes abuse.  I guarantee each knife, for as long as I am able to work, against defects in workmanship and material. This assumes the knife will be used properly as a cutting tool and not as a pry bar, screwdriver, hatchet, etc. (i.e. it's intended use).  This guarantee excludes natural handle materials, as many of these materials check or develop cracks with age.
